It all started in 1920, with the creation of a artisanal workshop making manholes for wine vats in Bordeaux. Over the decades, our company has become a worldwide reference in its sector and almost 100 years later, we continue to develop with the opening of new markets.
While our choice to look to the future is now part of who we are, our primary objectives remain impeccable quality, proven efficiency and advanced vacuum and pressure technology through our BOYER doors.
After 30 years of service within this company, Serge GERARD takes up his position as CEO in January 2014.

Boyer looks to the future
I affirm my desire to make BOYER evolve while keeping in mind the convictions we have always advocated. As a family business, the founders have always valued the work of their employees and maintained good relations, and they repay us well. I have been able to count on their support which allows us to be a solid company and to develop our strengths every day.
Today, the BOYER company has expanded with the acquisition of JMSO, a manufacturer of seals, which benefits from a new building adjoining ours to facilitate our collaboration.
Also, in order to be always listening to our customers and to comply with the new standards as well as possible, we have created a design office within our premises which has allowed us to recruit 3 people on permanent contracts and one person on an apprenticeship to adapt to all requirements.
Customized products
Our customized products thus continue to make our reputation last. Our investment in a substantial and ever-changing stock consolidates our commitment to providing a qualitative service that meets all our customers' requirements. Among our efforts, we have invested in the modernization of many machines and recruited new employees.
In the near future, we wish to invest and our will is to perpetuate our activity while committing to a long-term visibility. This is made possible thanks to our collaboration with regional or national companies, the manufacturing still being done in our premises, located in Gironde. This allows us to be close to our customers, necessary to meet their needs."
