Transmission of the BOYER and JMSO companies to NOBYA Capital, with support from Aquiti Gestion, via its RNA (Relance Nouvelle Aquitaine) fund

The IFG Group, holding the companies BOYER and JMSO, announces the sale of its activities by Serge Gérard and Patrick Lafargue to Nobya Capital, chaired by Baptiste Guérin. This operation, effective since June 25, 2025, is part of a shared desire to ensure business continuity while injecting a new momentum for growth, notably internationally.

Founded in 1920, the BOYER workshops, now a world reference in the design and manufacture of doors, hatches, and accessories for tanks across multiple sectors, benefit from a recognized expertise in boilermaking. With a team of approximately 30 employees, BOYER and JMSO have developed advanced technical know-how combined with rigorous control of the value chain, thus constituting a major competitive advantage. This expertise guarantees the quality of their products, meeting the highest requirements of their customers operating in regulated environments, with a design andproduction capacity compliant with CODAP and EN 13445 standards and an ISO 3834-4 certification.

NOBYA Capital, a holding company owned by Baptiste Guérin, has partnered with Aquiti Gestion (RNA fund), a recognized player in supporting high-potential regional businesses. The project also benefits from the financial support of Crédit Agricole Nouvelle Aquitaine, Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique, and BPI France.

In this context of transfer, the group intends to develop and protect its expertise in boilermaking as well as its manufacturing model in France, strongly rooted in a local industrial ecosystem.
