The arrival of new tooling in the Boyer workshop

To start this new year in style, the Boyer staff are pleased to announce the arrival in our workshop of new tooling for the new press with clip-on joints. What is the purpose of this modification? What are its advantages? For which door(s)? We'll let you find out!

Why change the tooling on the new machine?

The Boyer Group has always had customer satisfaction at heart. It is with this in mind that we decided to replace our old machines. Our new press offers a multitude of advantages, which you will find below if your curiosity prevails. Our new tooling is also synonymous with modernity and performance.

What does this new tooling do? What new features does it bring?

Our new machine has a new door cover (on the right in the photo) that allows it to close properly. This press brings a lot of new features:

> a clip-on seal,
> new hinges,
a new hinge,
> an aesthetic modification of the cap

And these new features bring various advantages.

What are its advantages?

The new press that has just joined the Boyer workshops offers an army of advantages. The new hinges allow for greater solidity and stability, in fact, they reduce the play even more. As it is usual to say "the best for the end", this new 407/452 door has a clipped joint, i.e. a joint fixed without glue. This revolution allows our models to be used on food doors. Without glue, there is no need for a food grade certificate on the glue

For which door(s)?

Our new tooling is dedicated to oval doors. It will be used for our exterior and interior oval doors.

We couldn't start a new year without a surprise for our loyal customers. We are pleased to announce that the Boyer team will receive a new polishing robot in its workshops at the beginning of 2022.
